Dwayne Hirsch is a multi-industry business executive, business development consultant, and hemp industry pioneer whose work spans music, agriculture, real estate, and small-business advocacy. He is widely recognized as a Georgia hemp industry trailblazer and a leader in building sustainable, community-driven enterprises.

Dwayne is the co-founder of The Green Toad Hemp Farm in Metter, Georgia, which made history in April 2020 as the first Black-owned hemp farm licensed to grow in the state of Georgia. His leadership helped open doors in a newly regulated industry and set a precedent for minority ownership and participation in agricultural innovation.

In addition to hemp and agriculture, Dwayne serves as a business development consultant, real estate agent, mentor, and small-business advocate, guiding entrepreneurs through growth, compliance, and long-term strategy.
